New Summer Pieces

Inspired by the possibility of warmer weather, I've re-opened my Sadie Priss workshop recently and created a few new pieces!

The flowers on these are attached by pin back, so you can move the flower around or take it off entirely, or wear it on another necklace.

These next two are some of my favorites. So cute for dinner out...some place with an ocean breeze.

This one is longer than the others and is really pretty worn with a tank top and summer skirt.

More flower pin necklaces.

New Summer Pendants

In keeping with some of the color and style inspiration from my previous post, here are some of the new pendants for the summer....

This is a collection that focuses on black, white, sea blue, green, and a bit of coral.
Side A on top, side B (same pendant) below.

These are two pendants (side A above and side B below) that use some of the new Amy Butler paper and elements that just came out. Very shabby chic.

This is a mixed collection with some focus on pink and green using various new papers I've picked up along the way. (Side A top, Side B below)

And some rectangle pendants, same as above. A focus on pink and green, and with this set, some black in there too. (Side A top, Side B below)

Some new beach-themed pendants... Side A, top, Side B, below

Summer 08

I keep seeing all of this really pretty Greek and seashore inspired things for summer. So I got a little inspired and started working on some new projects for myself and for the Sadie Priss summer collection.

I thought I'd give a charm bracelet a whirl. I like the bracelets that are pretty chunky and colorful. This is just the test run. I'm making a similar long necklace that I hope to add to this post soon.I found some neat starfish charms that I thought would be cute on earrings. I need to re-shoot these though...it was late at night and natural light would be much better. The brown circle beads are very pretty and look like tortoseshell. The long green bead necklace also needs to be re-photographed. The beads are pretty chunky and cool.

Here are some cute little crab pillows (I do live in Maryland after all...) that I made for my deck. After I made them, I thought...hmmm...wouldn't they be cute in pink and green? But then that would require me to re-paint all of my deck chairs and make new pillows to coordinate (I currently have a red, yellow, blue color scheme going on). Oh well. I am considering re-painting my kitchen so that will have to do for now.
